Information Sara H. would like to know about your pet
Basically, if you want them to stay with me, they need to be OK with small dogs. My dog, Linda, is about ten pounds of cute and friendly. They don't have to like cats, we have ways of ensuring our kitty and your pup never even see each other.
A typical day
I live near the Colorado River refuge, and various other small parks. I also live in an area that is conducive to walking dogs, and letting them do lots of "e-mail checking" (i.e.: sniffing and smelling). I like to run, so if that is something your dog likes, I would love to take them on the Hike and Bike trail and run them until they are DOG tired...(see what I did there??).

Pet care experience
We love dogs and kitties! Speaking of cats, I have 1, and she is eighteen years old, and usually sleeps in the bedroom all day. If your dog isn't cool with cats, we can accommodate. I work from home Monday, Thursday-Sunday. We've got a fully fenced-in backyard, with plenty of room for your pup to run and chase squirrels. If your pup is up for it, my husband and I will take them hiking with us on the weekend. Or maybe a trip out to the Colorado river to play in the water and socialize. Basically, whatever your dog likes, we can accommodate. We are cool with pullers, swimmers, jumpers, lazy bones, and super athletes. Our schedules are great because I am WFH home three days a week, and, the days I am not WFH, my husband gets home at around 1pm During the week, because my husband and I both wake up very early in the morning, PLEASE schedule for next-day pick up if your flight gets in past 7:00pm. We require meet and greets before we keep any dog. We want to not only make sure it's a good fit, we want you to SEE where your pup will be staying. We want you to feel completely at ease, so you can enjoy your trip and not be worrying about your baby the whole time. Let's chat!

Sara was great! I have a super high energy and playful dog and they took such good care of him. He had such a good time hiking and playing with other pups. He was so tuckered out when we picked him up!
