I’ve been a dog parent since puppy days! I raised my Cockapoo from 8 weeks old, so I know all about toilet training, teething, puppy energy, and keeping them entertained. I’m used to daily walks in public, meeting other dogs, and making sure walks are safe, fun, and well-behaved. Growing up I also had a family cat who lived to a ripe old age of 21! She was the sweetest, most loving cat and taught me how to care for cats with patience and lots of attention. I treat every pet like they’re my own — with playtime, cuddles, and regular updates with photos so you know they’re happy.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is my #1 priority. In your home, I’ll stick to your pet’s normal routine for feeding, walks, play, and bedtime so they feel comfortable. I’ll keep doors/windows secure, use leads on walks, and never leave your pet unsupervised in unsafe areas. In my home: I have a pet-free, clean space with a secure garden. I’ll provide lots of play, toilet breaks, and cuddles. I send photo/video updates every visit so you know your pet is happy and safe. Happy to follow any specific instructions you have!

I would highly recommend Ruth to anyone looking for someone who is loving, attentive, caring and extremely responsible to look after their dog. She genuinely loves the company of dogs and would look after them as if they were her own! Ruth has looked after my dog, Filo, and I have always felt reassured knowing she is in such good hands and getting lots of cuddles. She has a lovely home close to parks and lovely walks. Schedule
I work part time so I’m available every Tuesday and alternate weekends for pet sitting. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I love having a schedule. I plan my day around walks, meals, playtime, and cuddles, and I make sure pets are never left alone for long periods.
