My name is Ruiyan, but you can call me Rainna, I am an experienced pet parent and served the Rover community. I have cats who were strays but happily settled into our forever home 💖. Before becoming a cat parent, I was a dog person and grew up surrounded by dogs. I'm kind of an animal whisperer and have a knack for reading their personalities and understanding their needs. Amazing experience, first time ever we tried dog walker/ sitter and my dog felt very comfortable with her , she kept me upto date with my dog’s photos and status 10/10
Ruiyan was an amazing sitter for our two dogs! She cared for them for two weeks and sent us lots of photos and updates every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that they were happy, comfortable, and very well cared for. Ruiyan is reliable, attentive, and genuinely wonderful with dogs.

Ruiyan was a wonderful caring pet parent to our dog Daisy and cat Cleo while we went away for a week. She provided lots of TLC and her communication and photos were fantastic. I would highly recommend her services.

I'm serving the pet parent community at Oakville and Burlington. My schedule is pretty flexible but filling up pretty quick. I'm not currently taking on any new dog boarding or daycare clients, but if we cross paths through a search or referral, feel free to send us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate you. 😉
