I follow each pet’s routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, given fresh water, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I’m gentle, patient, and attentive to each pet’s personality, energy level, and needs. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions carefully, including medication, special feeding routines, or training guidelines. I prioritize safety, cleanliness, and communication, and I always provide loving, calm care so pets feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while their owners are away.

I was very skeptical and nervous about having a stranger walk my dog, but Rafael made me feel at ease. I knew he understood and he was very patient and accommodating. He keeps me informed and I receive great photos of my baby enjoying her walks. Rafael is punctual and reliable. I am so glad that I signed up for the service and would highly recommend Rafael.
My dog Olly and Rafael’s dog Howie are best friends. Howie is a rescue and deals with a lot of anxiety. The amount of love and care Rafael gives him is extraordinary. He is amazing at calming Howie down putting him at ease. I’ve left Olly with Rafael and Howie many times during trips and he absolutely loves being around them. There is no one else I trust more to watch my baby!
Rafael loves his dog Howie almost as much as he loves his wife. Sometimes I think he loves Howie more. I've never see him grab his wife's face with both hands and smush it into his own whilst smooching her and whispering "I love you dog, I love you so much"- as I've seen him do with Howie countless times. Maybe if he did, she would agree to have him rescue another dog... But for now, since he cannot love multiple dogs in his home, Rafael wants to walk and love yours. Why would anyone not let this man love their dog. Let him love your dog.

Schedule
I work overnight, which means I’m available during the day and most mornings through the afternoon until 5 PM. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, exercise, and consistent care during the daytime. I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, feeding schedules, and quality one-on-one time, making pet care a natural and reliable part of my daily routine.
