Routine Care: Fresh food and water, sanitized bowls, and a thorough clean of the floor around their eating area. Hygiene: Meticulous garden or litter box maintenance. Companionship: 30 or 60 minutes of focused play and affection to ensure they feel safe and loved. Peace of Mind: Real-time photo/video updates sent after every single visit. Reliability is my top priority. I always check in on your return day; if your travel plans are unexpectedly delayed, I proactively confirm if you need extra help, such as additional visits or food top-ups, ensuring your pets are never left without care.

Pui Yan was very thorough, thoughtful and sent lots of feedback & photos/videos of Tilly when we were away. She even wated the plants which which was very kind. I would definitely ask Pui Yan again to look after Tilly - we came home to a very happy cat - she was in safe hands.
Our first experience with a cat sitter whilst we were on a trip in Europe and it was amazing. Pui Yan (Iris) is very thoughtful and methodical. We have two cats, one is an introvert that hides from everyone, but Pui Yan made sure she eats wet food and always searched for her when she was hiding. We had constant updates and photos throughout the whole process. Thank you for taking care of our babies and we wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone looking for a cat sitter.
We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter! They were reliable, caring and clearly loved our cat, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for cat and it was lovely knowing she was in such good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again. 🐾❤️

Incredibly thorough and very good with cats. She arrived on time and completed any request we asked for. Left every area tidy and sent pictures and videos, which helped massively with our peace of mind when we were away. Will definitely be booking again.

Schedule
Term Time: Available for morning and late afternoon/night visits. Weekends: Fully flexible (9:00 am – 8:00 pm). ☀️ Summer Holidays: I am fully available all day. With my own car 🚗 and a full UK driving licence, I guarantee quick, stress-free travel to your home, ensuring your pet's routine is never interrupted.
