I absolutely love animals of all kinds and have been a primary caretaker of my cats since I was a child. Although I have more experience with cats, I have taken care of many dogs over the past few years sometimes for days at a time and we always have a blast.

For dogs, I like to spend a lot of time outside with them. We can play fetch go on a walk or take a ride to the park. When we’re inside, we can read a book together, get some treats, and just hang out. For cats I like to give them more space. I like to knit so I often bring a project with me so they can play with the string. We can also bird watch, eat treats, or sit in silence in opposite corners of the room. I could even knit them a hat!
Ratings and reviews
Super communicative and sent us lots of pictures while we were away for the week. The dogs loved all the walks they got. Both the dogs and the house were well taken care of. We will definitely be rebooking in the future!
I wanted to say that piper is incredibly kind and wonderful, not only to our dog, Ello, but took time to also make sure that our cats received some love, attention, and affection as well… which he didn’t need to do. I also wanted to say that he went above and beyond in communicating how all of our pets were doing while we were gone (even thought we had only asked him to take care of Ello), and took Ello on walks and played with her, just like we had asked. I also had wanted to say just how incredibly dependable and trustworthy he was! We were THRILLED with his care!

Piper took great care of our dog and 2 cats for 5 days. She has a calm energy and obviously just loves 'hanging out' with them so they got plenty of attention. She even took our dog for a 2-hour dune hike - one of her favorite things! She left our home immaculate. She sent pictures every day and always responded right away when messaged. I would definitely have her back again.
Piper was fabulous with our cats, even winning over the most skittish of them in record time! I was so happy to get pictures and reports with every visit so I could rest easy. Thank you, Piper!! :)

I’m home full time so I will have plenty of time to play with your critters. I am available on weekdays after 8am and same for weekends.
