Simply the best my babies love her
I booked with Rover for 7 days. I do not give bad reviews but in this case for me is necessary. My 3 dogs are trained to be at home, we recently adopted Ema and for that reason they need to be crated when we leave the house only. The first night, Ema the 3 months old puppy had an accident in front of the door so she punished all 3 by let them in their crates all night and most of the days. Days prior, I asker to come over and meet the dogs and I went over their schedule verbally and in writing. I did communicate my concerns for the little one and that she needed more care than other 2 older ones because she’s in training and she was ok with it. I had a notification of movements the camera was recording in the middle of the night and saw them I their crates. I did asked, why they spend the night in there? when I communicate days prior that they have their own bed …this was her answer; “Too much is allowed to happen and they are pets and not humans. They need more structure and that's why I do what I do. I don't give choices to animals” My dogs are whippets and they need to play and have plenty of exercise because that’s how they are. they’re the most loving and caring dogs they’re playful and never have been aggressive towards humans.
Passion is extremely loving of pets! She is very thorough and understanding when taking care of my fur baby!❤️ Haven't used anyone else since joining Rover. Thank you Passion!

Pet care is a natural part of my daily rhythm — not just a job, but a lifestyle. From early morning feedings and potty breaks to evening snuggles and playtime, I build my schedule around the needs of the animals in my care. Whether it’s scheduled drop-ins, long weekend boarding stays, or last-minute visits, I make sure each pet feels seen, loved, and safe. My week is shaped by routines — walks, feedings, medication, enrichment — but what truly keeps me going is the joy of bonding with each animal and knowing I’m helping pet parents feel confident and supported while they’re away.

At Pretty Owl Pet Services, I tailor my care to each pet’s needs — whether they’re staying in my home or I’m visiting them in theirs. For in-home boarding, pets become part of our family. I maintain their feeding, walking, and sleeping routines as closely as possible, offer plenty of playtime and affection, and provide a calm, cozy environment that helps them feel secure. Safety is a top priority, so I limit the number of pets boarded at one time to ensure individual attention and peace of mind. For drop-in visits, I care for pets in the comfort of their own space. I follow all instructions from the pet parent — from feeding schedules to medication — and always make time for love, play, and companionship. Whether it’s a quick potty break or a longer check-in, I make sure each pet is happy, safe, and cared for like my own.

A typical day
At Pretty Owl Pet Services, fun is part of the care! I tailor activities based on each pet’s personality and energy level. For pups who love to play, we enjoy fetch, tug-of-war, puzzle toys, and neighborhood walks. For the more relaxed pets, there’s plenty of cuddles, belly rubs, and calm enrichment like scent games or soft brushing. If I’m boarding, we may explore pet-safe outdoor areas (weather permitting) or unwind with some cozy couch time. For cats, I offer feather wand play, interactive toys, and gentle affection (when they allow it, of course!). My goal is to keep tails wagging, paws happy, and hearts full — every visit, every time.
