🐶 CARING FOR YOUR DOG: I work from home and am self employed so I have lots of time to take dogs out for a walk and give them all the attention they need. My dog was a Maltipoo and he passed away last year (he lived for 18 years!) and I have been enjoying dog sitting before I decide to commit to another dog of my own. So I have lots of experience taking care of dogs. I know how to deal with different dogs and how to adapt to fit their needs. I have been educating myself with dog training videos so I can better care for your dog. It might be the perfectionist in me, but with everything I do, I don’t want to be just “good” I want to be best I can possibly be haha. I live across from 3 parks and the seawall where I can take dogs for a walk. 📞COMMUNICATION: I am very respectful and I like to keep everyone happy so I am great at following rules and any special requests you may have. I am a very communicative person, and I typically reply within 3 minutes. I give dogs all the attention and affection they need (I love cuddles) and I talk to dogs a lot as if they're my best friend lol. I check in with the dogs a lot and ask what they will need, and if they want to play then I will sit and play with them, or if they want to go for a walk, I will take them out. 📸 PHOTO UPDATES: 100% of my clients receive at least 1-3 photos or videos per day 🏙️MY HOME: I live in a modern pet friendly building and I am a very clean person so your dog will be very comfortable when they stay with me. 🎁BONUS: I can also teach your dog tricks if they’re around 1 year old or younger and if you board with me for at least 2-3 nights (It takes time to learn a new trick). Nicole took such great care of our boy Gus. She sent us daily pictures and videos to keep us in touch with him. It's never easy leaving your pet, but Nicole was so lovely and caring we knew he was in good hands. Highly recommend Nicole!!
Gimli loves Nicole. She’s was awesome, kept is informed and sent photos as well. It was our first time leaving Gimli for 8 days long, but it was easy for us cuz she sent lots of photos & videos. She followed the schedule that we gave her & trust me when i say this Gimli is a much better behaved dog after staying with her haha. Absolutely recommend her with all our hearts.
Nicole made our first rover experience such a breeze! She was so attentive and took great care of our dog, sending lots of photos and replying quickly. She was even able to take care of our dog longer than expected when our travel home was delayed. Nicole is a superstar, would absolutely book with her again!
Nicole is super communicative and friendly, and Hoochu seems to have warmed up to her & made herself at home almost immediately, which is really rare & a testament to how good Nicole is :)

Nicole took fabulous care of our Barney! He is a senior now, so I worry about his comfort, but he clearly felt very safe and happy with Nicole. He looked amazing when I picked him up after 11 days, which speaks volumes! Will definitely choose her to care for Barney again. ❤️

Schedule
I am self employed so I can be as attentive to dogs as much as needed. I have lots of time to take care of dogs. I rearrange my schedule so that the dogs can come with me if I need to step out of the house. I work everything around your dog - for example, I get my groceries delivered and I'll find dog friendly patios if I'm going for dinner.

Safety, trust & environment
I never leave dogs unattended outside and I never tie them outside of stores, even if its for a short period of time - I would never want to take that risk, I'm a very cautious person. I treat every dog like its my own and make sure it feels safe and comfy. I will make note of your dogs patterns and behaviours and adjust to their needs.
A typical day
I start the day by walking the dog along the sea wall, and again midday and in the evening. Throughout the day I provide regular potty breaks every 1-2 hours as needed Of course I make sure they take any necessary medicine if needed, and make sure they are fed appropriately and always have water in their bowls. At night they are free to sleep in the same bed as me or however you would like me to put them to bed. I respect your wishes.
