Pet care experience
I have always enjoyed the company of animals and have had a passion for caring for them and their general wellbeing. This aspired me to gain my career in Animal Care. I enrolled in further education, studying Animal care which I thoroughly enjoyed. My course covered many aspects of Animal Care including Dog Training, First Aid, Environmental enrichments, Breed identification, Anatomical landmarks, Animal husbandry (feeding and cleaning of small animals) Scottish Wildlife, Horses, Reptiles, Rabbit Care and much more. This course has allowed me to learn many skills and to develop my knowledge, which I feel has been beneficial for being a brilliant pet sitter, as well as my love for animals. Since completing my course, I have became a registered pet boarder, with a full boarding license. I have built a well established pet boarding business, which strives from providing the highest standard of care.

Nicole was able to help us for a weekend booking with only a week's notice and without having met our dogs beforehand. Her setup is great for making the dogs feel at home with lots of indoor and outdoor space to play and exercise. Nicole took great care of them and I could see after only one weekend they really enjoyed staying with her - we would definitely come back! Also the photo updates were much appreciated!
We left our two labradoodles with Nicole and they had a great time. When we arrived, the dogs made themselves right at home straight away by getting stuck in about the toy box! Our dogs are quite needy for cuddles and they are happiest when they are with humans and Nicole catered for this beyond expectations. We got daily updates on how they were doing which was great for an anxious dog mum like myself. It's clear that Nicole loves dogs which is so reassuring when leaving the dogs. I'd happily recommend Nicole and would definitely use her services again.
After a few short stays with Nicole, we left our 6yo Japanese Akita, Yuna, for the first time for a whole week. We received updates every day, along with pictures. Despite her small appetite (as always), she looked happy and seemed to be enjoying her walks in a lovely environment. We’ll ask Nicole to look after Yuna again when needed.

I have three very large, farmhouse gardens, surrounded by wooded areas and fields, with plenty of space for nature walks. I have a large home with ample space. My hobbies include venturing outdoors on nature walks, in woodlands and is something I enjoy doing a few times daily. Having the company of your much loved pets would be a bonus and a pleasure.

A typical day
Animal environmental enrichment is extremely important for animals and their well being and will prompt natural behaviours, resulting in good mental and physical health and happiness. Myself and the dogs/animals I care for are fortunate enough to be located in a beautiful but local area, with 3 large and enclosed gardens, where we can enjoy playing games, or relaxing safely. We are surrounded by and have woodlands and fields on our doorstep, which makes it easy to accommodate each individual dogs specific care needs or requirements.
