I have been sitting for Rover for over 2 years now, and I love it! I have personally taken care of dogs for over 20 years, and I worked in holistic pet food for 7 years. I just love dogs so much. Animal lovers are my favorite types of people. ••• Cozy Stay We have a ton of dog beds, blankets, pillows, and dogs are allowed on the couch if they can fit! I send tons of photos, as I love taking pictures of my furry visitors! ••• Daily Play Mandatory meet & greets with new dogs to ensure a nice environment. Large backyard, plenty of playtime with a small group of non-reactionary, fully vaccinated dog friends!

Nickie was so good with my dog! She was accessible and so helpful from the jump. She clearly knows her stuff, and sent lots of updates and pictures. Korra actually sulked when I came to pick her up because she was having such a good time.

I booked with Nickie last minute, and she went out of her way to accommodate me—even setting time aside to meet in person and chat before confirming the booking. Throughout my dog’s stay, she sent tons of great photos of him playing and relaxing with other well-behaved pups. It was clear he was safe, loved, and having a blast making new doggo friends. Busier days like holidays, I might host up to 4 dogs, but with only a maximum of 2 new-to-me dogs per night. ••• Restrictions No food grazers, reactionary dogs, or escape artists. Must be current on Rabies, DHPP/dapp (distemper, parvo, etc), & Bordetella, and be able to provide those records.

A typical day
I spend a lot of time with the pups I watch, as I am a huge home body. We'll take walks around the neighborhood, and play in backyard: sniffing, and playing chase & fetch!

••• Pickups / Dropoff times ● Sat 👇 ➜ first time here: 730am - noon ➜ not first time here: 730am - 330pm ● Sun & Mon ➜ 730am - 9pm ● Tue ➜ 4 - 9pm ● Wed & Thu ➜ 730am - 9pm ● Fri ➜ 4 - 9pm ••• Bathroom I take each dog out every 3-5 hours, with solo bathroom times around 7am & 8pm and last out around 1030/11pm. ••• Feeding I usually feed around 730am & 430pm. Some of my furry visitors eat lunch too, which is fine by me, but I can not free-feed or feed dogs any later than 8pm. ••• Exercise I put dog friends in groups based on personalities! I encourage playtime out back with ball and playing chase when weather permitting. I can take two short walks or one long walk during the day as well. Sometimes we just lay in the grass too!
