I’m a full-time student at UNC, which gives me a relatively flexible schedule during the week. I’m able to fit pet care into my daily routine and give dogs consistent attention throughout the day. A typical day
A typical day depends on your dog’s energy level and routine, but I like to keep things active, engaging, and structured. We’ll go on walks, get plenty of time outside, and I’ll make sure they can explore and get all their sniffing in. I also like to mix in playtime like fetch, tug, or whatever your dog enjoys most. For dogs that need more mental stimulation, I’ll keep them engaged with basic training reinforcement, games, or interactive play. And of course, there’s always time to relax - whether that’s hanging out, getting attention, or just keeping them company so they feel comfortable while you’re away.
