there were a few issues while she stayed at my place that i asked for, the a/c wasnt left on during the day while she was gone for the cats, the tv on to drown out the sounds outside the apt (i have anxious kitties), one day the water fountain was turned over and the next day she forgot to feed them in the morning. i really only got communication if i brought something up or asked how things were going. when i got home the day of the apt was stuffy and hot with no a/c on or even fans, all of my food from my meal delivery was placed in the freezer (even pantry items) instead of the fridge. while i appreciate it what she did do (like clean sheets on the bed, apt left relatively clean, playing with the cats, etc), there were definitely things that could have been done better.

The good: Navaeh did not send photos of the dogs like every other sitter we've had, but did respond to messages promptly and picked up packages that we received, as we asked. She left the house clean and in order. The bad: Navaeh did not communicate that she would be gone for the first two days (well into the late evening - around midnight one night), which concerned us at the start of the week. What concerned us more was that we saw more than one phone connected to our wi-fi at the house. When I asked if anyone was there, she lied and said no. Two days later, my neighbors visited the house when we told them we'd seen the additional wi-fi connection again, and sure enough - there were two cars on the driveway. We were very disappointed that she was purposely hiding the fact that she had a visitor. Had she asked us, we would have been fine with a friend being there. We will not be asking her to house sit again

Nevaeh has taken my two golden retriever sister dogs for 5 walks now. She does great with them and they are already starting to be better on a leash. I will continue to have her walk my dogs coco and kiwi!! Thank you Navaeh!
