I grew up on a farm surrounded by animals, so caring for pets has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have 20 years of experience with dogs and cats of different ages, personalities, and energy levels - from playful puppies to senior pets who need a little extra patience and attention. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and adapting to each pet’s individual routine. Whether your pet loves long walks and lots of playtime or would rather curl up and have some company, I’m happy to meet them where they are. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet - and your home - with someone else. I treat both with the same care and respect I would want for my own.

Schedule
I work during the day but have flexibility for early-morning, lunchtime, and after-work walks and drop-ins. I’m also available most weekends and can often accommodate multiple visits throughout the day. I live right downtown Greenville, which makes it especially easy for me to accommodate pets in and around the downtown area. I keep my Rover calendar updated so you’ll always have an accurate idea of my availability.

Safety, trust & environment
I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, potty breaks, crate routines, and any household rules your pet is used to. I’m careful when entering and leaving your home, always make sure doors and gates are secure, and keep dogs leashed unless you’ve specifically instructed otherwise in a safe environment. I’m also happy to send photos and updates during each visit so you know exactly how your pet is doing.
A typical day
Every visit is based on what your pet enjoys most. For energetic dogs, that might mean a long walk, a run, or plenty of playtime. For lower-energy or senior pets, I’m just as happy taking a leisurely stroll or spending time at home giving them attention and company. Since I live downtown, I’m very familiar with the Greenville area and enjoy getting dogs outside for walks and plenty of sniffing and exploring. At home, I’m happy to play with their favorite toys, give lots of attention, or simply keep them company - whatever makes them happiest and most comfortable.
