Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities whether they’re staying in my home or I’m caring for them in yours. My apartment is fully puppy proofed and set up with a cozy, safe environment that encourages play, rest, and enrichment. We have a private patio for sunbathing, an on site dog park for quick outings, and plenty of walkable paths nearby for daily exercise. Because Beanie is still a pup, I’m extra mindful of supervision, routines, and creating a calm environment that feels safe and fun for visiting pets. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I stick closely to your instructions, provide detailed updates, and make sure your pet feels loved and well cared for while you're away. I have experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and needs including those requiring medication, special diets, or just a little extra TLC. Feel free to share any unique needs I'm happy to accommodate!

A typical day

A Typical Day with Beanie: Beanie’s routine is structured, fun, and full of enrichment perfect for any pup who enjoys a balance of play, rest, and mental stimulation! - We start the day around 6–7 AM with a quick potty break and breakfast. - After breakfast, Beanie enjoys a chewing session to help strengthen her teeth. - Around 9–10 AM, we head out for a 45 minute walk to explore the neighborhood and get some fresh air. - Once we’re back, it’s time for a well-earned nap. - At noon, it’s snack time followed by an early afternoon potty break. - We then move into some brain games like hiding treats for her to sniff out and basic training refreshers to keep her sharp. - After all that activity, another nap is on the schedule. - Then it’s another potty break and dinner. - In the evening, we play tug-of-war or fetch, followed by another 45 minute walk to wind down. - Beanie wraps up her day cuddling with a favorite stuffy, one last potty break, and then it’s bedtime. If your pup joins us, they’ll enjoy a mix of movement, mental engagement, and plenty of love all tailored to their energy level and preferences.

Pet care experience

Beanie is a 1 year old Fluffy Frenchie who adores all animals and would love to hang out with new friends whether it’s during the workday or for a weekend getaway while their paw-rents are away. I’ve been caring for fur babies for over two decades. While I took a break from formal pet sitting during the pandemic, I continued to care for the pets of family and close friends. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs including pups with separation anxiety (we’re big fans of outings together!), picky eaters (yes, hand feeding is on the table), and pets requiring medication (oral or topical). Recently, we welcomed Beanie into our home a sweet little Frenchie who reignited all my dog mom instincts. In just six months, we’ve been through it all: potty training, tummy troubles, ear infections, skin allergies, fleas, and even her first heat cycle. It’s been a wild and joyful ride, and now we’re excited to share the love (and all that experience!) by offering pet sitting services again. If you’ve got kitties, I’m happy to stop by daily for feeding, litter cleaning, play time, and to give them all the love they need. Have a special request? Feel free to message me we’d love to meet you and your furry family!

We feel incredibly fortunate to have met Natalie. We moved to LA just over a year ago and hadn't left our dog Peanut since moving, but we had a death in the family and had to return to the east coast for a funeral. We went on Rover and contacted Natalie. We had only a few days to find someone to take Peanut for three nights. Natalie was the utmost professional: she came to our house for a meet-and-greet (where our dog fell instantly in love with her!), then arranged a meeting at her house with Peanut to acclimate her to her apartment. The entire time we were gone, Natalie texted us pictures and updates. We were confident that Peanut was in loving and competent hands, and sure enough, we came back to a relaxed and unstressed dog. Truly wonderful! We would not hesitate to hire Natalie again.

Natalie is awesome, spent alot of time with our cats and gave them aloft of love. She's the only one who can make Walter (or shyest cat) come out and play. She s the cat whisperer!
