Compassionate Pet Sitter
Growing up with at least two dogs in my home at any given time, I have gratitude for the joy and companionship pets can bring to a family. I've cared for my senior cat for the past 19 years. She is the love of my life who is now suffering from kidney failure. 😞 While in high school, I spent 4 years in the dog grooming industry. To this day, I am always the first to volunteer to look after pets for my friends and family. I now work at the Western North Carolina Nature Center by day where I train to handle animals during educational programs and support their well-being as "ambassadors" of their species. I have respect and love for all animals! 🩷 I'm also passionate about holistic pet health and cognition, and can accommodate to your pet's special diet protocol or exercise plan. In addition, I have experience giving around-the-clock care for puppies and senior pets and can administer medication when needed. I also offer nail trims and baths for well-behaved pets. Outside of my time spent at the Nature Center, I also work part-time in a hybrid role as an administrative assistant. This allows me the flexibility to meet you and your pets needs. I look forward to spending quality time with your best friend!

I am a compassionate and detail-oriented pet sitter. I really enjoy spending quality time with my client's pets and am attentive to pet needs to ensure they have adequate potty breaks and meal times. I'm happy to spend lots of time outside as needed.

Natalia was great with the dogs! She stayed at my house for 4 days while I was away and sent tons of pictures and videos of them having fun. She went above and beyond with taking care of the house as well. I will definitely request her again, the next time I need a dog sitter :)

Schedule
I'm currently working part-time, with ample time off in the afternoons and evenings. I'm available after work around 3pm for walks and drop-ins, and am able to offer potty breaks every 4 hours or so during house sits. My days off from work are Wednesday and Thursday--if you'd like to request a walk or drop-in during an earlier time frame on those days, let me know! 😊

- I prefer to work with pets who have a friendly and curious demeanor, have been cared for by a sitter in the past, and have not exhibited anxious or aggressive behavior toward strangers or other pets. I'd also like to know whether your pet requires special needs of any kind. All breeds are welcome!
