From the moment we met Monique, her warm, caring personality immediately put us at ease. It’s very clear that her love for animals is genuine and that caring for them is truly a part of who she is. We met with Monique the day before our dogs’ stay for a meet-and-greet, and I was so impressed with how welcoming she was. She opened her home and simply allowed our two boys to roam around, sniff, explore, and become comfortable with her space at their own pace. While they were settling in, Monique took the time to talk with us about their feeding routine, individual personalities, needs, habits, and how they interact with other dogs. What stood out most was that she wasn’t simply asking questions because she needed the information — she genuinely wanted to get to know our boys and understand what would make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. At the same time, she understood how important it was to give my husband and me peace of mind. Our dogs are very much part of our family, and as their dog mom, I’m extremely selective about who I trust with them. Monique made me feel completely comfortable leaving them in her care. Throughout their stay, I absolutely loved receiving pictures, updates, and feedback about how they were settling in. It was so reassuring to see that they were comfortable and being well cared for. Monique provided such a warm, caring and personalized experience for both our dogs and for us. We will absolutely be using her services again. Truly a 5-star experience. We unfortunately had to end our stay about a week early as Poki did not get along with another boarding dog. That being said, Monique and her family were incredibly lovely and the circumstances were unfortunate! She was very accommodating, communicative, and clearly has a passion for dogs. I absolutely would use Monique again but would have Poki as the only dog in the house.

Monique was very responsive and provided us with pictures and feedback about our dogs during their stay. They were well cared for. We will be using Monique again in the future.

This was our first experience with Rover.com and it was just fantastic. We will definitely bring our Pepper into Monique’s care again. She kept us updated well with pictures and notes to us about Pepper’s day. Monique kept Pepper cool, but still active during the heat and it was clear from the photos sent that Pepper was relaxed and happy in her home.
