I work from home fully so I’m home everyday. I try to take my dog to the park once a day and if not a park, then a closed off field to get their energy out. My building is very pet friendly which I am so grateful for.

Disclaimer: I have one large pit bull, his name is Brisket. He is 2 years old and neutered. I know some people are not comfortable or have had unfortunate experiences with other pit bulls so I just want to put that out there. My pup enjoys having guests in our apartment and is good with sharing and minding his own business.

Let me know if your dog has any behaviors or any disclaimers I should be aware of! Brisket is not a barker. He only barks when he sees a dog barking too much at a park or if he’s being barked at during a walk and the dogs teeth are showing at him. Also, for example, Brisket is not a big fan of beards, glasses, hats, masks, helmets and being approached, if the person has all those items on and approaches? He’s gonna bark lol. If you have any specifics regarding your dog, lmk! :)
A typical day
I usually walk my dog 3 times a day and have access to many dog parks, if your pup is allowed to go to one of course and if you’re okay with me transporting them. If you are not comfortable with a dog park, I have some other locations like a dog friendly tennis court that way they can still get their energy out, there’s a patio at my apartment, and there’s an enclosed field I take him to as well.

Monica took great care of our fur baby, Charles. She was very communicative and quick to respond to messages. I loved that she sent multiple pictures every day so I could see how he was doing. Monica boarded my dog for the long holiday weekend and was phenomenal. So flexible and open with a prior meet and greet, lots of questions about our dogs and habits, and remained messaging the entire time, with updates and so many great pics and videos. Nancy was spoiled with attention, playtime, and had a blast, we would certainly use her again (and Brisket! Her dog is the sweetest.)
