Fetching Love with Furry Friends
Social animal lover, small dog owner, experienced pet caregiver, and current rescue volunteer, I provide dependable, compassionate care for pets of all personalities and needs. I understand that pets are family, and I treat each one with patience, attentiveness, and genuine affection so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. My two-hour visits are structured as drop-ins tailored to your pet’s routine and can include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship. My goal is always to reduce stress for both pets and owners by providing calm, consistent care you can trust. (Service radius 4-5m) I also offer in-home (my home) boarding on a limited basis when it’s the right fit for your pet. My home is in a quiet community with a fenced yard, and I focus on creating a peaceful, comforting environment where animals can relax and feel secure. I’m unable to offer housesitting in your home at this time. My bond with animals began early in life and has stayed with me ever since. From caring for cats and dogs of my own to volunteering with local shelters. If you’re looking for someone responsible, nurturing, and truly devoted to animals, I would be honored to care for your pet like family.

I have one dog and seven cats (which is no small task) and she handles it all with incredible patience, attention to detail, and genuine care. She follows my exact schedule, checks in regularly, and always responds quickly to calls or texts. I never have to worry when she’s watching them, because I know she’s being attentive and loving to each one of them. You can tell she truly cares about animals. It’s not just a job to her. She keeps everything spotless, gives thoughtful updates, and goes above and beyond to make sure my pets are happy and comfortable. My crew absolutely adores her, and honestly, so do I! If you’re looking for someone responsible, kind, and truly devoted, she’s the one you want watching your pets. Rover would be lucky to have her ❤️
We were incredibly fortunate to have Mindy care for our pets, Lily and Turbo. Mindy showed such compassion, responsibility, and attentiveness during her time with our family. She cared for Lily, our energetic 5-year-old, ensuring she received plenty of playtime, love, and comfort while we were away. What truly set Mindy apart was the exceptional care she provided for Turbo during his transition phase with congestive heart failure. She helped facilitate his medical care, followed his routines with gentle precision, and gave him so much comfort and peace during his final days. Her presence brought reassurance and calm to our entire family. Mindy stayed in our home for a week, maintaining open communication, keeping our pets' environment spotless, and treating our home and animals with genuine respect and affection. Her empathy, reliability, and loving nature make her an extraordinary caregiver for any pet. We cannot recommend her enough.

I have known Mindy for many years and she is a kind and caring person especially with animals. All of my dogs take to her and she treats them as if they are family. Retired and available to love up all the furry friends. I have a reliable vehicle. I also have a pet booster seat for the smaller pets, recognizing the importance of their inability to have the same view as the larger dogs. Did you know? Small dogs can get vertigo in the back seat or in a lower view? It’s true! Looking forward to meeting your furry loves.

Caring for pets in a client’s home is a very trusting requirement I do not take lightly. Every client deserves their furry child cared for and overall expectations for their sweet furry child exceptional. Every pet is unique in their wants and needs are important, getting to know pet parents helps aid in visual cues by both the owner and the pet upon that first meeting as well as interactions thereafter. I am also a pet portrait photographer and if your pet is photographed I will offer this as a complementary service to my current availability. I care for my pets very seriously. I have one dog who was rescued from a puppy mill, who is a special-needs pet and does require Special food due to allergies and has enjoyed a life of love, affection, medical care, compassion, and kindness throughout his 11 years. I have a lovely fenced in yard that allows for the furry friends to relax, play or nap in the shade. I have multiple pet beds and bowls available.

A typical day depends on the pets level of energy and excitement. Smaller pets are usually indoors and appreciate a lot of cuddling and comfort during the day whereas some small dogs such as terriers may have a higher energy and require more energy to burn and that means walks outside playing with toys. Fetch and more of course! Having their favorite toys. I do focus a lot on communication to learn animal behaviors so that I can help understand them better and respond with love and understanding.
