Your dog may have just have a better vacation than you ;) Hi I’m Alex! (Rover won’t let me change my name for some odd reason) From the largest of Carne Corso's and XL bullies to the smallest of chihuahuas and yorkies I have looked after practically every type of dog imaginable. Aggressive dogs, shy dogs, elderly dogs, puppies, dogs with health issues, etc. My love for dogs started with an old roommate that moved out of our apartment with her dog that I helped take care of. What really sets me a part is that my space is VERY well equipped for dogs. How? For one I own a furbo camera that gives me 360 degree views of my unit and dispenses treats so even when I leave the house I can still monitor and get active alerts. I own a self refiling gravity water bowl so your dog will NEVER run out of water, many toys, and I have a highly secure downtown balcony with a nice view so the dogs will always have a nice breeze. My neighbors also have dogs that are very friendly and love often stop by to say hello to whatever dog I'm looking after. I also live a 5 minute walk from 2 popular downtown dog parks (What dog wouldn't want all of that?!) and live 3 miles from the airport.

Mike was easy to communicate with, very responsive to messages, provided excellent feedback and demonstrated that he took the time to get to know our pups personality profiles before we left them in his care. When we picked them up, it was easy to see that our dogs had no anxiety about our absence and were very comfortable with Mike stepping in to care for them.

Alex was great with X-MAN! Lots of walks, sniffs and love. We ran into another dog during pick-up and she wanted to go home with him. A true testament to how great of a dog sitter he is!

Mike was great with our dog Logan. Asked plenty of questions up front to make sure he was taking the best care possible. Mike sent plenty of updates and photos throughout the stay, which was great. I would use Mike again in the future!

Schedule
As someone who primarily works from home but occasionally pops into the office I will be spending the majority of my time either working or studying for a cybersecurity certification with your pup right by my side. *****Please do note that at this time out of respect for my neighbors I CAN NOT accommodate dogs that are prone to excessive barking if left alone for a few hours or have severe separation anxiety*******

I usually give the dogs a morning walk, late afternoon walk, and evening walk unless requested otherwise. I follow meal plans to the T to ensure your dogs routine isn't broken. This includes any medications
A typical day
A typical day for me is a morning, late afternoon and evening walk. Going to the dog park if the dog likes other dogs and playing fetch or going for a hike or jog
