I've trained 6–8 dogs monthly in board and train, worked in daycare/boarding assessing behavior, and managed a breeder’s facility with 14+ dogs and puppies. I'm CPR & canine first aid certified, keep a first aid kit and crash-tested Gunner dog kennels in my car. Flexible full-time schedule for house/dog sitting & training. Free meet-and-greet required before first booking to ensure a great fit.

Safety, trust & environment
I am canine first aid and cpr certified and keep a first aid kit, as well as a Gunner kennel in my car. Gunner kennels are one of the few crash tested approved crates so if your dog/cat ever needs to go anywhere outside of your property in my care, I can assure you they are safe. ***I will require meet and greets before the first booking to ensure we are a good fit for each other, this is no extra cost to you. I will take notes at our meet and greet to ensure in the long run I have all the information I will need for each visit/stay with your pet. If you would like to type out a sheet of any information you would like me to have, I would very gladly hold on to it and use it during the visit with your animals! If not, no worries that’s why I take notes!

Mikayla was awesome! Our pets wee well taken care of. She kept us in communication of their daily activities. Our home was kept neat and tidy. Overall, our experience was excellent. We will definitely use Mikayla and Rover again.
Mikayla was fantastic. She took such great care of our fur babies and kept us completely at ease while we were away. Everything was handled with care, attention, and obvious love for animals. We came home to happy pups and zero stress. We will absolutely have her back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

This is the second time I have used Mikayla to take care of my dogs & cat. She kept them for a week. She is flexible and reliable and so sweet! When she showed up at the house the dogs went crazy with joy to see her, which made me feel so much more comfortable leaving them for that long. She had to give my cat medication twice a day and was successful, which is no easy feat! She communicated with me every day and sent pictures by which I could see that the pets were relaxed and happy with her. I highly recommend Mikayla!!!
Mikayla is an amazing house sitter! She knew exactly how to approach my reactive dog, she stayed calm even though we had a dangerous storm and a tornado warning at our house her first night there. She sent me pictures and responded quickly to any texts. Her questions about the pets ( two dogs and a cat) showed me she is really think about their comfort and routine. I could not be more pleased. I have already booked another time for her to keep my pet babies in July.

Schedule
My schedule is quite flexible, I do house/dog sitting and training full time. I’m also pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Biology, all my classes are online currently so College will be no issue at the moment.
