I have grown up around pets my entire life, and have worked as a pet sitter on and off for the past six years. My pets as a child included 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, and 2 cats in my family home so I’m ready for anything! Now that I live by myself I have my own cat. I love all pets and would love to get to know your fur baby! Growing up, my family fostered kittens from the local SPCA and also adopted all of our pets from there. I’ve had dogs with special needs and behavioral issues as well. I’m looking forward to meeting your pet!

I’d love to learn the rules and rituals that you follow with your pet, and will not stray from what you request. Written rules are lovely, but I will also take notes during the meet and greet.

Mikayla has taken care of our kitty, Louis, multiple times now and we always have peace of mind knowing he’ll be well-taken care of while we are gone! She always sends lots of pictures so we feel like we’re right there with him, gives him plenty of pets and cuddles, keeps his very thick fur brushed (essential for longer trips so he doesn’t mat up!) and makes him his wet food dinner with love. She also kept our plants alive which we really appreciated! We’ll miss her when she leaves the area but hope she will continue to petsit for Rover pets near her new home. Thanks Mikayla!!
I booked our Cat in with Mikayla because she is a Star Rated Pet sitter. Mikayla used her experience to encourage our extremely fearful girl to trust her and made her feel safe. it was our Cat's first experience with a sitter ; Mikayla provided wonderful feedback on our Cats progress and daily cares. Mikaya provided us with many photo updates, that were very much appreciated. As our family has made an international move, our Cat has been through a lot to be here with us. We appreciated having such a wonderful, caring sitter to care for our precious girl. I highly recommend Mikayla.
Mikayla took very good care of my cat and my plants. Everything was in order when we returned home. I will definitely call Mikayla again if I need to leave town. Plus she took some great pictures!
Mikayla is amazing with my cat Maisy. Maisy is always so talkative when she gets home😀. Mikayla is attentive and sends regular updates. It’s great to be able to rely on good care when I’m away.

Wow! Absolutely amazing sitter and made our cat feel at home. Also great that she’s a cat owner as well. I totally felt comfortable and confident about leaving our cat in Mikayla’s care. She constantly sent updates and was very sweet. Would definitely recommend hiring her to look after your cat!

I am currently on the job hunt, so my availability is pretty open right now! I have a cat of my own and have grown up around animals, so I will dedicate all my attention to yours.
