She went above and beyond multiple times: when Toro had a couple of barf incidents, she cleaned everything up promptly and without complaint. She carefully followed his somewhat complicated wet food feeder routine, including washing his bowls each time — something many sitters overlook. Toro clearly felt loved and entertained because she made sure to spend quality playtime with him every day. One moment that really stood out was when Toro’s favorite interactive toy ran out of battery. Instead of letting him be disappointed, she brought her own charger from home to get it working again. That kind of thoughtful, proactive care means so much! Her daily Rover cards were always incredibly detailed and reassuring, and the pictures and videos she sent were high-quality and captured Toro’s happy personality perfectly. I never once worried about him while I was gone — I felt complete peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. I trust Michelle 100% with my cat and would book her again in a heartbeat. We were very pleased with the care given by Michelle to our dog, Minka. She is older and needs a little extra TLC. Michelle sent lot of pictures and a video so that we knew what Minka was doing. All in all, we would use Michelle's services again and would highly recommend her.
