I couldn’t be happier with the care my cat Toro received while I was away! Michelle is an absolute gem and easily the best cat sitter we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, she impressed me with her professionalism and attention to detail. During our meet and greet, she took thorough notes about Toro’s routine, preferences, and personality. That level of care continued throughout the entire booking. She went above and beyond multiple times: when Toro had a couple of barf incidents, she cleaned everything up promptly and without complaint. She carefully followed his somewhat complicated wet food feeder routine, including washing his bowls each time — something many sitters overlook. Toro clearly felt loved and entertained because she made sure to spend quality playtime with him every day. One moment that really stood out was when Toro’s favorite interactive toy ran out of battery. Instead of letting him be disappointed, she brought her own charger from home to get it working again. That kind of thoughtful, proactive care means so much! Her daily Rover cards were always incredibly detailed and reassuring, and the pictures and videos she sent were high-quality and captured Toro’s happy personality perfectly. I never once worried about him while I was gone — I felt complete peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. I trust Michelle 100% with my cat and would book her again in a heartbeat. We are very pleased with Michelle’s work. She is super responsive, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Michelle cares for our cat for a few days while we were away. Each day, she shows up on-time, feeds our cat, cleans the litter box, cleans the spoons and the food dispenser. She spends plenty of time playing with our cat Luna, and sends many pictures every day. There was a time when Luna barfed in a few spots. Michelle cleaned up all the spots. The next day, she even brought her own carpet stain remover spray, and scrubbed down all the stains a second time. We feel Luna is in Michelle’s very capable hands. We would highly recommend her services to family and friends.

We were very pleased with the care given by Michelle to our dog, Minka. She is older and needs a little extra TLC. Michelle sent lot of pictures and a video so that we knew what Minka was doing. All in all, we would use Michelle's services again and would highly recommend her.

Michelle was excellent! She checked in and visited before our first meeting and sent great updates about how my cat was doing. Would definitely ask her to watch my cat again!
