Hello! My name is Michaela, but most people call me Mickey! I have previously worked at an animal rescue where I nursed and cared for cats and dogs, from newborns to elders. My current dog Luna is a working therapy dog with a program called Love on 4 Paws, wherein she visits with hospital patients 3x a month. I have owned dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, and frogs. Although I’ve never owned a cat, I’ve care-taken them countless times and comfortable with all aspects of cat care. I am extremely respectful of the relationship between a person and their pet, and strive in whatever service I provide for you to not only ensure his/her absolute safety and health, but happiness and comfort as well. I have years of experience caring for pets and a flexible schedule. Feel free to ask me any questions, and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I look forward to working with you!

I unfortunately do not board anymore as I live in an apartment with my dog or house sitting for the same reason, but I’m always happy to do drop -in visits!
Ratings and reviews
Michaela was great! She has a super spacious place for the dog to run around. She takes good care of the dogs giving them walks and play time. Our dog had a little bit of a rough initial transition but she made it through and she didn’t want to leave.

Our two pups loved spending the week with Michaela. She has an amazing yard and provides all the attention and love a dog can ask for. They are already booked for another stay!
Michaela Was the best! She made us feel very comfortable. I am not one to write reviews. I can tell by the pictures the dogs were having a great time. We left our three standard poodles with her.They are a handful. Will use her again in November
Michaela is great. She is very thoughtful with her updates each day and truly loves dogs. Her home is wonderful for setting dogs with a big fenced front yard. I highly recommend her!
Michaela was great with mamas! She sent pictures and updated us throughout the day. Mamas came back happy with no issues at all. Best sitter we’ve had! Thanks again, we will definitely be coming back. :)

Schedule
I work a remote job with flexible hours and have my own car! I am also fine with dog’s being in my car should I need to take them anywhere or if a park activity would be something they’d enjoy.
