I currently work part-time, mostly remotely, so my schedule does have some flexibility for pets that need a little bit of extra love. When I do work from the office, it will be for a round 4 hours a day. I am involved in theater and vocal performances in Lodi from time to time. In these cases, I may need to be gone anywhere from 4-8 hours (no longer than an average work day. No matter what, I will guarantee at least 12 hours a day with your pets and as much love and care as possible!

Safety and trust is at the top of my list of priorities in caring for your pets. I am well versed in pet safety measures and am more than glad to implement most routines. I do not use shock collars in any instances though, so if this is a must, I’m probably not the sitter for you. I believe that safety and trust are also a two way street, so please inform me of any security features in your home, any security cameras outside and inside the home (for my own safety and privacy), and any extra safety precautions necessary for my safety with you pets. Hopefully this way we can create the best safe, calm, and trusting environment for all involved.

The main thing for me to know is what their schedule is like. I’m big on keeping your dog on their schedule to help them maintain some sense of security while you are away. I would also love to know any quirks or fears so that I can make sure to be prepared if they pop up.
A typical day
I like to get out as much as possible with dogs. So we will definitely be going on walks, to dog parks and dog friendly locations if the dog’s temperament and training allows. I love going on hikes and would love nothing more than to take your pup with me! If that’s not your guy or gal’s style, I’m more than glad to just veg out on the couch and cuddle all day!

Pet care experience
Growing up with a house full cats and dogs, I developed a love and appreciation for animals at an early age. Now that I'm on my own, I would love to take care of your pets and give them the love and attention they need while you're away. I have over 30 years experience in households with pets and 6 years specific experience with dog sitting. On top of dog sitting, I have worked for and spent time volunteering with a Husky rescue transporting dogs out of shelters, to and from appointments, and from fosters to their forever homes. I’m definitely the kind of person hanging out with the host’s pets at a party, rather than out in the thick of things. I am extremely patient, punctual, outgoing, and great at keeping a schedule. I currently work mostly remotely, so my availability is pretty flexible to give your babies the love and attention they deserve.
