I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I can provide plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. 🏡 Our Home We have a busy, dog-friendly household with our 7-year-old Golden Retriever and two teenagers (14 & 17). Our home is fully air-conditioned, and your dog will receive lots of love, attention, playtime, and companionship. 🎓 Certifications Dog CPR & First Aid – Canadian Red Cross CPS-DW Pet Sitter Certification – 6 hours of training ❤️ What I Offer Work-from-home schedule with daytime supervision 25+ years of dog-care experience A loving, family-oriented environment Playtime and socialization with our friendly Golden Retriever Care for up to two dogs from the same household, or dogs with a proven history of getting along well with other dogs 🌟 Important Information For the safety and comfort of all dogs in our home: *House-trained dogs only *Dogs must be non-destructive *Separation anxiety must be disclosed. Dogs must be comfortable being left alone for up to 2 hours while I occasionally take my children to school or activities. Crates are welcome if your dog is crate-trained, but I do not crate dogs myself. *I do not accept dogs with a history of aggression, escaping/fleeing, or significant reactivity *Low to moderate energy dogs are preferred, as our Golden Retriever does not do well with very high-energy dogs *A meet & greet is required for all new clients *Proof of vaccination is required for a first stay *Veterinary contact information must be included on your Rover profile *Please bring your dog's food, leash/harness, bed or blanket, favourite toy, and any special treats In the event of a medical emergency, I will contact a local veterinarian immediately. Any veterinary costs and applicable Rover Guarantee deductible are the owner's responsibility. Please ensure your dog's Rover profile is complete before submitting a request. This helps me understand their personality, energy level, and individual needs. I manage a busy household with two teenagers, so availability can vary. I will always do my best to accommodate requests, but some dates may be limited. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming your furry family member into our home! 🐶❤️

Schedule
I work from home Monday–Friday with flexible hours, allowing me to provide regular walks, attention, and companionship throughout the day. Weekends offer even more time for longer walks and activities.

A typical day
Daily Walks: Enjoy daily walks around our neighbourhood and nearby parks for exercise, fresh air, and exploration. Playtime: Our spacious yard and friendly Golden Retriever provide plenty of opportunities for supervised play and socialization. Interactive Games: Fetch, hide-and-seek, and plenty of toys keep dogs mentally stimulated and physically active. Cuddle Time: After a busy day, there’s always time to relax, unwind, and enjoy some cozy cuddles. Supervised Socialization: Your dog will have opportunities to interact with our Golden Retriever and my teenagers in a safe, friendly, and loving environment.
