Dogs, cats & bunnies: Loved like my own
I grew up with two cats, when I got older I was able to help look after them by feeding, playing and cleaning the litter tray. When I moved out I was able to help my older sister on occasions to dog sit for her Staffordshire 12 year old dog Jess. I did day visits to weekend stays, feeding, playing, cuddling and walking Jess. I now have other family members with puppy’s, age ranging from 2 years to 2 months old. I have helped with day sitting with nap times, teething stages and toilet breaks. I also had my own pet rabbit Buster, he was mostly an indoor rabbit but also did spend time in the garden (his preference to be inside). I cleaned his cage, understood signs of any change in his behaviour, cuddled and trained him. I also gave medication and understand the warning signs of GI stasis.

Melanie was very professional and helpful. She communicated well while we were away and felt that my boys were very safe and well looked after. She is a friendly lovely girl and we hope she will look after our boys next time we are away.
Melanie has been a godsend supporting me with my precious pup Sadie. She has adapted to the unique needs of my pup and followed my request for things to be done as I do them for continuity. Melanie is gentle, loving and patient, and also manages the typical puppy challenges with confidence. Sadie loves her and I feel reassured that all will be well when Melanie takes care of her.

I am currently on a pause from studies and returning in April. I’m now searching for full time employment until April. Until then, I am fully flexible and able to work around your schedule
