My usual dog sitter quit on me less than 24 hours before I needed to drop Jordan off for doggy daycare since I was working 10+ hour shifts and Melani SAVED the day. She was so patient with him and attentive. She made him feel at home and he warmed up to her so well! She also sent a TON of pictures which I appreciated as an anxiety filled dog mom. 10/10 will recommend and will absolutely go back to when needed.

Melani is amazing. She treat my Bamm Bamm like he’s her own. He jumps out tail wagging as soon as he sees her and I never worry if he’s having a good time. She gives constant updates and photos, and you can tell the pics are taken with love. Highly recommend

Schedule
WFH empty nester (ish) Mom. What started out as a summer job for my college age daughter, has turned into a family affair. As she goes to college in the fall, her twin sister and I will take over her clients and look forward to hosting new ones. We try to make sure at least one of us are home at all times, as we do have a dog of our own.

** We have stairs leading to upper and lower levels. We have one big Great Dane he’s old, calm, and usually sleeps all day. He’s exceptionally good with other dogs of any size. We have a “dogs on furniture” house we love to pile on the couch and watch movies with our big fur baby. Our neighborhood is very walkable and we live within a half mile of two big parks. We have a big fenced back yard with lots of shade and room to run around.

A typical day
I enjoy my work breaks playing outside with the dogs; walks or throwing the balls. Because I’m home all day, there are as many potty breaks as needed. I make a conscious effort to keep them entertained, fed, exercised and don’t forget the snuggles!
