Pet care experience
Vet student to pet sit or walk
I am a third year veterinary medicine student studying at the university of Nottingham. I have previous experienced working and volunteering at kennels and catterys as well as university training in animal handling, administering medications and dog/cat CPR. I also have experience with small furry friends such as rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. I shadowed at puppy training classes for 6 months and have completed placements at vet practices where I have cared for elderly and poorly animals.

Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
I have had training and passed exams at university in animal handling of different species. I can also administer medications and perform CPR for cats and dogs. I know the signs to look out for if an animal is unwell or needs urgent veterinary care.

Megan was fantastic with our young (and sometimes hyperactive) puppy! She gave regular updates, took it all in her stride and our pup absolutely loved spending time with her. Would recommend!
Megan is a very friendly, reliable and trustworthy person, who has pet sat multiple times for me when I’ve been away. I have 2 golden retrievers and 4 cats (including an elderly cat and 2 kittens), where she has fed and brushed my pets, and has walked and washed my dogs. She is very attentive and provides the best care for my pets and they always love seeing her! I would recommend her as a pet sitter, dog walker or someone to look after your pets.
