I have an advanced dog trainer certificate and worked as a trainer for a year. I have also worked at doggy daycares for 4+ years. Growing up I was constantly watching and walking neighbors dogs, and house sitting for people with every type of animal!

Megan has been an incredible sitter for our dog Calvin while we are away. Megan was one of the trainers who worked with Calvin during his training program - and when we were looking for someone to watch him while we are out of town we couldn't think of anyone better! Megan has been really receptive to the instructions we send along with Calvin, his routine, and his needs. She sends us updates with pictures and reinforces his training - all while keeping him in her home with her own dog. We feel so great knowing he isn't just being put in a kennel all day while we are gone. Calvin loves Megan and is always so excited to see her... maybe even more excited than he is when we come home!
We can always trust that when Megan watches our dogs that they will get excellent care, walks, play time and lots of snuggles! We have a younger dog that has a TON of energy and Megan always makes sure he gets a lot of walks and play time!! We also have an older dog who gets all of the love and snuggles! Megan is also a certified dog trainer and has had a lot of experience with all kinds of dogs. Megan is the absolute Best!!! Thanks Megan for taking such great care of our dogs!!

I have a large pup of my own that I do let meet the other dogs if they get along! I have had multiple dogs stay with me, and my dog loves the companionship. I also have a crate if need be, and can take dogs that need some extra space. I "crate and rotate" between my dog and others if needed. I take the dogs meeting very seriously, and have them meet appropriately through neutralization, and then on leash meeting to intervene if needed. I do this all on my own, to make sure client dogs aren't resource guarding their humans!

A typical day
I love to hike, so I try to take the dogs on hikes while I have them. If not a hike, they for sure get a couple walks throughout the day. Fetch is a big game in this house hold, and I also love to give the dogs enrichment activities!

I am currently job searching so I have full time availability to watch and hangout with your pups! I am in an apartment, so I potty dogs very frequently, and they get tons of exercise when with me!
