Pet care experience
Life Is Better With Pets
I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life, and I’ve spent over four years living and working in an animal shelter in Italy, originally run by my mother. There, I cared for over 40 cats and 5 dogs at the same time, giving me hands-on experience in handling animals of all kinds. I know how to recognize when a pet isn’t feeling well, I can administer medication if needed, and I always make sure they are safe, happy, and comfortable. I love spending quality time with them, giving plenty of affection and attention throughout the day. What sets me apart is my shelter experience – I’ve managed multiple animals at once and understand how to keep them healthy, happy, and loved. Whether it’s cats or dogs, I’ll treat your furry family members as if they were my own.

Schedule
I’m generally available every day, whether in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Some days I can even visit twice a day, and on Saturdays and Sundays I’m available much more. I would love to have regular, long-term clients, as I believe it’s better for the animal to have a consistent caregiver rather than a different sitter every time. This way, I can build a strong relationship and trust with each pet. My schedule can be adjusted based on my work and shifts, and I’ll always keep my Rover calendar up to date to reflect my availability.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
make sure every pet is safe, comfortable, and happy. I follow their routine as closely as possible, including feeding, playtime, and bathroom breaks. I give plenty of attention, affection, and supervision throughout the visit. If I am caring for pets at their home, I respect their space and environment, keeping everything clean and following the owner’s instructions carefully. I can also administer medication if needed and monitor for any signs of discomfort or illness. My goal is to make each pet feel loved, secure, and well cared for, whether I am visiting or hosting them.
A typical day
I spend time playing and interacting with the pets to make sure they have fun and stay happy. I always pay close attention to their needs and comfort, adjusting activities as needed. For example, after a walk, if they want to spend more time outside, I let them enjoy it. My main priority is their well-being – when they feel good, I feel good too. I make sure they rest properly, receive plenty of affection and petting, and enjoy each moment. I love giving attention, playing, and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy at all times.

- I have many years of experience caring for animals and have seen and handled a wide range of situations, always doing my best for their well-being. However, I am not a veterinarian, so there are some limits to what I can do. I can administer medication and even give injections if needed, depending on the animal’s condition. That said, I cannot take responsibility for animals in critical or end-of-life situations. My goal is always to provide loving, attentive care while respecting the health and safety of every pet.
