We're a mom and pop team of dedicated animal lovers who treat every pet like part of the family. Together, we provide a safe, structured, loving home where friendly, social pets can relax and enjoy a comfortable stay while you're away. Between us, we have years of hands on experience caring for dogs, cats, reptiles, horses, puppies, kittens, senior pets, rescue animals, and pets with special medical needs. We're experienced with administering both oral and injectable medications and are committed to providing personalized care that matches each pet's routine and personality. We share our home with our friendly Pitsky, Venus (aka Bean), who enjoys meeting new canine friends and helps create a welcoming, social environment. We also have our playful and friendly kitten, Mochi, who is still learning life as a cat and loves being part of the family. Together, they help create a warm, pet friendly home. MaryAnn and Franklin loved on our babies like they were their own. Our babies week initially unsure and quickly adjusted during theor stay. We received daily updates which was wonderful since it was our first time boarding our babies. We will definitely be asking MaryAnn and Franklin to watch our babies again and recommend them for you doggy day care or boarding.

Schedule
We are fully available and flexible to provide in home boarding whenever you need. Our schedule is open, and we are happy to accommodate last minute requests or special needs. We follow a consistent daily routine with our own pets, which we can easily adapt to include your furry friend, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their stay. For walks and drop ins, Franklin (Tirrell) will be your pet's dedicated caregiver, providing dependable care, plenty of attention, exercise, potty breaks, meals, medications (when needed), and updates with photos after each visit so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

Safety, trust & environment
Our home is best suited for well socialized, family friendly pets who enjoy being around people and other dogs. We maintain a calm environment by caring for only a small number of pets at a time, allowing us to give each guest plenty of individual attention. Because we strive to keep every pet comfortable and safe, we look for dogs that do well with routine and structure. We ask that dogs be crate trained and comfortable with regular feeding schedules, potty breaks, and bedtime routines. Crates, baby gates, and play yards are used when introducing new dogs and overnight as needed to ensure everyone’s safety. To maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and our own family, we’re unable to accommodate dogs with significant separation anxiety, aggression, severe reactivity, or those requiring constant one on one supervision.
Pets
A typical day
We have a large, fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely run, play, and enjoy frequent potty breaks throughout the day, typically every 1–2 hours. Dogs are never left unattended outdoors and are always supervised while in the backyard. Neighborhood walks are permitted when weather and owner preferences allow. Meals are always served according to your instructions to help keep your pet's routine as familiar and stress free as possible.

- If your dog has a favorite bed, blanket, or toy, we encourage you to send it along. Familiar scents can make the transition much easier and help them feel right at home. Cats staying with us are always kept safely indoors with fresh water, cozy resting areas, and plenty of attention. We ask cat owners to provide a litter box with fresh litter for their stay. If it's more convenient, we're happy to provide a litter box and fresh litter for a $10 fee per stay. Litter boxes are scooped daily to ensure a clean, comfortable environment. Our goal is simple: to provide a safe, reliable, loving home where your pet becomes part of our family until it's time to go home.
