Animals have always been huge in my life. I grew up spending much of my time on a farm, and these days I share an apartment with my cat, Pierre. I also had my two beloved dogs, Joe and Alice, who lived to almost 16, and I was a primary caregiver through their senior years. Beyond my own pets, I’ve worked at a pet daycare and boarding facility, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and temperaments in a group setting. I’ve also been the trusted go-to dog walker and pet sitter for friends, family, and neighbors for years.
