I am an empty nester and I work from home most weeks. My at home work consists of conference call and computer based work. I’m used to having dogs around and miss that currently.

My preference for breeds are Boston Terrier or French Bulldogs given that I have the most experience with those types. I am also open to mixed breeds in that same size arena.
A typical day
A typical day would start around 7am with an outdoor potty break and then a little TV while eating breakfast. Breaks between meetings are filled with playing fetch in the back yard and a walk on the nearby greenway over lunch or after dinner.

I’ve had Boston Terriers for the last 16 years.I lost my last boy in 2024. I am holding off getting my next dog as I want to travel. I’m looking to get some fur baby love until I am ready to get our next dog.

My dad truly loves dogs, and it shows in the way he cares for them. He doesn’t just feed and walk them—he takes the time to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. He’s the kind of person who will happily go the extra mile, whether that means staying a little longer to play, giving extra cuddles, or taking an extra lap on a walk.
