I grew up with a dog and a cat. As an adult I have raised guinea pigs and adopted 2 rescue dogs and 2 rescue cats. Both of my dogs lived to 15 and I just recently said goodbye to my second dog. My 2 cats have very different personalities. My most recent one was abandoned and very shy. It took about a month of gentle coaxing to get her to come out of hiding and now she is such a big part of our household. Mango, a Pomchi puppy, has just joined our family and we love her to pieces!

Leaving our dog Harper is never easy, but this experience made it completely stress-free. From the very beginning, it was clear how caring, reliable, and attentive Marisa was. She went above and beyond to make sure Harper felt safe, happy, and loved, treating her like one of her own. I received regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was obvious Harper was having a wonderful time, and I could truly relax knowing she was in such capable hands. I couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter. Marisa’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their furry family member. Wonderful overnight stay! Marisa took great care of Joy and Hope and kept me updated with photos and messages. They came home happy and relaxed. I highly recommend them and would happily book again!

Schedule
I'm available days, evenings and weekends. My husband sometimes works from home and so is around during the day most of the time. We love walks on trails and the city waterfront.

I have a backyard and love going for walks. My whole house is pet friendly including all furniture. We will, play, exercise and snuggle, depending on your dog's temperament and what they need and enjoy.
A typical day
We will go for walks in local parks and play games in the house and backyard. Snuggle time on the couch will be part of our days, too. The activities we do will be based on your pets' temperament and your suggestions, too!
