I’ve grown up with dogs since I was 10 years old and was always involved in their daily care and routines from a very young age. Growing up around them helped me naturally understand dog behaviour, and how important consistency and affection are for them. A huge part of my childhood was growing up with two Dobermans and Great Danes, so I’ve always been around large dogs with strong personalities and lots of energy. They shaped me massively growing up and taught me responsibility, patience and confidence around dogs from an early age. Two years ago I got my own dachshund, Chef, who completely changed my life and made me feel even more connected to dogs. Having my own dog has given me much more hands on experience and helped me understand how much trust owners place in the person caring for their pet. Chef is my family, and I would treat any dog in my care with the same level of love and attention as I do with him. It’s also been lovely experiencing both sides of dog ownership, from growing up with big breeds to now having a smaller dog with his own funny personality. Over the last decade, living in different countries also gave me opportunities to do pet sitting and spend time caring for different dogs. I currently work in a hybrid role, which gives me flexibility for pet sitting during the week and weekends. I’m used to daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, supervision and making sure dogs feel happy and well looked after while their owners are away.

Marianna did a great job looking after our miniature dachshund at late notice for a long weekend! You could tell Winston had a great time there and went on lots of lovely walks! :) Would happily use again.
Marianna and Nick were fantastic dog sitters! They’re clearly very caring and asked loads of questions about Milo to make sure he was happy and comfortable while staying with them. You could tell they took both his behavioural and physical needs (for example, Milo takes some supplements) very seriously, which I appreciated. Their dog Chef is such a cutie and got on really well with Milo (they napped side by side 😍). I got sent loads of photos and videos, which helped me feel more connected to my furball boy on my holiday. I would absolutely use them as sitters again! Thanks Marianna & Nick!
Marianna looked after my mini dachshund, Kevin, for the day and I couldn’t have been happier. She was warm, friendly, and made Kevin feel right at home. Her own standard dachshund, Chef, is an absolute sweetheart and they got on so well together. It was clear Kevin was well cared for, and I had complete peace of mind while he was with her. I’d happily book with Marianna again and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.
Marianna is a reliable, professional and loving pet caregiver. For as long as she looked after our great dane cookie, a playful and attention seeker pet, cookie enjoyed, walks, hugs, talks and effortless love and care. I would highly recommend her, as she does not look upon it as a job, but as a process of bonding and frienship, creating happy memories for your pet!
I’ve known Mariana for a while through our dogs at the park, and I can honestly say she’s amazing with animals. She’s looked after my dog Spot multiple times, and I’ve always felt completely comfortable leaving him in her care. She’s kind, reliable, caring, and truly treats every pet like her own. Marianna is one of the most caring and trustworthy people I know, especially when it comes to animals. Creating a calm and safe environment for pets is very important to me. I always make sure dogs have fresh water, regular toilet breaks, exercise, attention and plenty of supervision. Having my own dachshund has taught me a lot about understanding dog behaviour, body language and routines. I would always treat someone else’s pet with the same level of care and patience as I do with my own dog.
