Things to Note: •Due to times that I receive a high volume of requests, please make sure that: 1. You have submitted a request that reflects the correct date and time of service. 2. I have formally accepted on that request. 3. You have confirmed the booking on your end. 4. The request is showing up as confirmed on the Rover app. *If you have asked me under the incorrect dates of service, that does not count, even if I have informed you I can do it. There is too strong a CHANCE FOR ERROR. Examples: Your message may be lost; that I might not receive a notification if you’ve made your formal request the day before or of; that I think you’ve changed your mind due to your plans changing and without telling me; or other valid reasons •Don’t feel pressured to respond as soon as I message you. My working hours may not be your working hours, and your working hours may not be mine. :) I respect your time and your safety as well as my own. Similarly, I may not respond to you while I am driving, with a client or during an appointment, or when I have no signal. (More rural areas and, oddly, some apartment complexes, parts of North Raleigh, and a pocket of the North Hills area don’t have consistent signal.) ** • Make sure the address you have entered in your Rover profile is correct. •I will want you to answer some questions before our meet and greet. They are designed to make sure I feel comfortable with the booking; that we meet each other’s expectations; and there is little room for misunderstanding. If you are unwilling to answer those questions, I won’t feel comfortable proceeding.
