I’ve had dogs my whole life (Golden Retriever, Scottish Terrier, Wheaton Terrier), & taking care of them since I was 11. I have experience house sitting as many as three dogs for the past 10+ years. I have experience walking multiple dogs at once (I have 3 right now), uneven ones who aren't leash trained (very strong). I also have experience with giving dogs medications (epilepsy, anxiety, arthritis, etc.) I love that dog walking not only gives me a chance to be outside with dogs, but it also is the one of the best parts of a dog’s day. I love that I can be able to bring that joy.

Mandy was wonderful with Cashew! He's a very sweet dog, but he is young and can take some time to get used to strangers and new people in our home. She took great care of him including managing some medications, helped us handle a wedding-related emergency while staying at our place, and overall was extremely responsive and flexible throughout. She gave us great peace of mind during a busy trip. We're looking forward to having her as a long-term sitter and walker for Cashew!

Mandy took my anxious dog for the first time for 11 days. She sent an update every few days, demonstrated that she read the written instructions I provided, and returned him healthy and happy.

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible, I WFH around my own schedule. I am available mornings, mid day, and evenings. I am able for weekday and weekend sittings.

Safety, trust & environment
I have been able to walk 3 dogs at once (who are not leash trained/very aggressive) and I’m able to keep them safe and other dogs around them safe. I know how to notice if a dog is in distress at a dog park. I will keep your dog on a leash at all times when leaving the house (except advised at a dog park). And if I sit, I will make sure they are safe at home, respect your house rules, and if there is no backyard, I will keep them on a leash at all times when leaving the house.
A typical day
I love playing fetch with dogs, walking to a dog park, observing much needed nap time, and of course lots and lots of belly rubs.
