Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or food allergies! I tend to have treats in my car at all times & want to make sure your pet is safe when they're with me! I'd also like to know about their personality & breed.
A typical day
From playing fetch in the backyard, tug-of-war in the living room or long trail hikes, I like to make sure the dogs I'm with are always mentally & physically stimulated. With cats, I like to make sure they are comfortable with me, & once they are we can play with a laser toy all day or give them cuddles while they sun-bathe. Each animal has such a different personality & I try to get to know what makes them happy & do that while their owner is away.

Makena was amazing! She checked on our cats at a last minute request - she went above and beyond to send us photos and updates. She also left the house better than we left it! I will definitely be using Makena again and I would highly recommend her.
We couldn't be happier with the care and genuine concern that Makena gave our cat Dio while we were away. The daily reports and pictures were perfect and it really seemed like Dio warmed up to Makena quickly and completely. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call on Makena for our next trip or to heartily recommend her for yours.
We felt verycomfortable with Makena taking care of our cat. She is very kind and trusthworthy! She took notes to ensure Fig was well taken care of. She checked in with him and met his needs. We definitely recommend Makena for your pet's needs!
