• Hello, my name is Magaen! I'm currently a Nursing student and also hold a degree in Surgical Technology, which gives me a flexible schedule. I have previous experience in pet/house sitting and dog walking for friends and family and have also gained great trusting relationships with new clientele! • While I don't have kids, I do have one of the sweetest fur babies who I consider my child! He enjoys making new friends, whether they're dogs, cats, or kids. He's always up to date on his shots, flea/tick prevention, and grooming. • I reside in a nice, clean, quiet, townhome with two bedrooms and plenty of indoor space. We're fortunate to have dog parks and a dog spa within the complex, making it an ideal environment for pets. • What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my background in Nursing and Surgical Technology, which gives me a unique perspective on pet care and health. I have extensive experience in caring for animals, including new or current litters, puppies, pregnant mama dogs, and providing specialized care. My skills in medical care and attention to detail ensure that your pet receives the best possible care, tailored to their individual needs. • Additionally, I understand the unique requirements of senior pets, including medication administration, mobility assistance, and providing a comfortable and nurturing environment for their needs. Magaen was amazing. She was extremely reliable and communicative and our dog loved her! We will definitely use her any time we go out of town!
First time using Rover and Magaen was great. Oreo doesn’t always eat while boarding but he eat everyday with her. We will be booking again on our next trip.
Magaen was wonderful with our cat Goldie. He's an older cat who does not like change and in a few days she had him relaxed and freely roaming her place. She provided lots of pictures, which relieved my stress of wondering how he was adjusting. We will definitely be using Meagaen again and give her the highest of rates.
Magaen is the absolute best! I appreciate the updates & pictures she sends me throughout the day! Bella, my pup absolutely enjoys her time there. Highly recommend!

Magaen watched my cat Freyja a second time, and Freyja still absolutely loves her! My cat is always super shy, but comes running when she sees Magaen. Magaen is always very communicative and is very reliable. I am so glad we found her on Rover!

Throughout the week, I allocate time for providing plenty of love and attention to create a nurturing environment for your pets. I also make time for any specific medical needs or appointments, ensuring that your pet's health is always a priority. Overall, pet care is seamlessly integrated into my daily and weekly routine, allowing me to provide the utmost care and attention to your beloved animals. I am always delighted and available to schedule a meet and greet with you and your furry companion. It's important to me that both you and your pet feel comfortable and confident in my care, and a meet and greet provides the perfect opportunity for us to get acquainted and discuss any specific needs or preferences!

How do you care for pets in your home and/or your client's home? This will vary depending on which service you offer. In my home: •Your pet will become part of the family during their stay, receiving love, attention, and care just like my own. •They will have access to a clean, safe, and comfortable environment with plenty of space to play and relax. •Daily walks, playtime, and feeding schedules will be tailored to your pet’s needs and preferences. • I’ll adhere to any specific dietary requirements, medication schedules, or training routines your pet may have. • I enjoy sending regular updates and photos to keep you informed and reassured of your pet’s well-being.

At my place, your pet will enjoy extensive playtime, long walks, and visits to our exclusive, meticulously maintained dog park (with resident-only access and typically low foot traffic). They'll receive personalized attention, including one-on-one play sessions, plenty of cuddles, and the opportunity to accompany me on adventures around town, from scenic hikes at Belvins Gap to watching breathtaking sunsets. We'll also explore dog-friendly businesses together and embark on hikes suitable for your pet's ability level. Whether it's zoomies in the yard or any other activity their heart desires, I'm committed to fulfilling their every whim and ensuring they have a tail-wagging good time!
