A typical day
I love to spend time with dogs while allowing them to lead me where they want to go (of course only with certain freedom). I have found it is very important for animals to sniff and get a feel for their territory to become comfortable around myself and their environment. Allowing pups to sniff on walks often stimulates their brains and makes them more tired.

Pet care experience
I have just moved back home for the summer before heading off to medical school in the Fall. For the past year, I have been dog sitting in Charlottesville, VA through the Rover app. I absolutely loved experiencing so many different breeds and interacting with different ages, temperaments, and neediness. While I am unable to dog sit while home, I figured dog walking and check ins would be a great alternative.
