Starting May 29, 2024: I am not available for drop off/pick up in the morning, Monday thru Friday (except during holidays) MY REQUIREMENTS: your dog MUST BE dog friendly and comfortable around kids. Male dogs MUST BE NEUTERED. I prefer spayed females, but if yours is not, I will board as long as she is not in heat, or close to it during her stay When your dog stays with us, they are treated like part of the family. My kids (7 and 6 years old) and I love dogs, they simply make life better. What makes me different from any other pet sitter is that this is not a job for me, it is a passion. I am lucky to host your dog. I will not place dogs in cages so that I can host lost of dogs in my house, this is not a kennel nor a pet hotel. It is your dog’s second home. We offer extra love and attention and in the end, your dog may leave a little spoiled. I assure you that once you leave your fur baby with us, you will feel at ease seeing all the pictures I send and how well cared for your dog is. We do not just provide the regular care, we go for car rides, we all take naps together (humans and dogs in one couch) and my daughter loves to offer her pillow and blanket because she doesn’t want doggie to be cold. I have been a pet owner for years so you can be sure I will treat your furry baby like my own. I may not have hundreds of reviews on Rover, since most of my clients come from outside the app, but the few I have describe me very well. My experience taking care of dogs expand for years working at veterinary hospitals, doing foster care for ASPCA and Sigonella Animal Welfare Society (SAWS) and caring for family and friends' pets. I am home all day, 7 days a week ready to provide attention, love and companionship. My goal will be to make your pet feel comfortable, relaxed and happy to spend time with us. I have a backyard they have access to at anytime and I also take them for walks as an exercise. There is plenty of space in the house to move or play, but usually dogs melt on my couch. I have food/water bowls, kennels (if dog is used to sleeping in one) and toys. You need to bring their food and treats :) NOTE TO OWNER: Drop-off/pick-up time interval: 7am-8pm RAW DIETS: $3 fee applied each serving. MEDICATIONS: $3 to $5 /day depending on amount/application required . I am dedicated to the care of your dog. I am home all the time but if I must run an errand, will not leave dog unattended longer than an hour. I do not cage dogs unless under owner’s specifications. That said, kids and dogs run free in the house. In order for this to be possible, my first requirement is that dogs must be kids/dogs friendly. I am constantly evaluating dog’s personality and interactions with my kids to see if they match. If dog does not tolerate my kids, I make sure kids leave dog alone. I am all about safety and protection for kids and dogs alike. During walks: always walk them with leash and harness even if dog is trained to walk without one. I do not socialize them with any other dog outside my house since I cannot predict how they will react

Adriana is FABULOUS!! She and her family make Peanut feel at home. Adriana sends photos regularly so we can see just how nicely Peanut is doing.

Adriana is always amazing with our furry baby. She takes such good care of him as if he was her own pup. She takes him on walks, gives us updates with pictures and he always comes back happy and tired. I highly recommend.

Schedule
I am at home most of the time, we can go for walks, car rides, cuddle on the couch, get plenty of love and attention.

Safety, trust & environment
Our home will be like your pet’s new home. I see myself like a grandma to them: they come here, they get love and attention, maybe leave a little spoiled and then, they go to their own home to mom and dad. I always keep an eye on interactions (dog-dog, kids- dogs) to make sure everyone is safe. In the event that some dogs do not tolerate each other, I place gates around the house so everyone has a safe place to be (not kennels). This rarely happens since I board animals that can be around kids and other dogs.
A typical day
I like to go for walks, and my kids have plenty of energy to play and run around the house with your dog. But if your dog is low energy type that loves to cuddle, the couch will be the place to be

I prefer females to be spayed, but I will look after them if they are not as long as they are NOT in the cycle, close to be during their stay. Make sure your female dog is out of her cycle before leaving her with me.
