Looking for dog cuddles!
I had a golden retriever growing up so I shared walking and feeding duties with my other family members. Now I live independently, I often have my friends and family members’ dogs stay in my home or I go to their house to dogsit so I have experience with a variety of dogs and their different characters. I also have my own pets - 2 degus, a bearded dragon, a snake and a gecko. I often have my mum’s tortoise staying as well while she’s on holiday! I worked in a pet shop for three years where I completed training on dog nutrition and behaviour, and spoke with a wide range of customers about their pets’ quirks.

Marrakesh had her fifth (or sixth?) stay with Lucy this past week and she had a great stay as always.
Lucy has been brilliant! Starting from communication, flexibility in terms of dates, through day care to overnight stay. Our pooch seems to be very happy and gets excited every time when we pull up to Lucy's house. She is always very polite and friendly. We are definitely going to be booking more dates with Lucy soon ☺️
Our Retriever, Marrakesh, just finished her third stay with Lucy and she had a wonderful time again. She gets lots of good attention from Lucy. Lucy also really helped us out by doing a pickup the night before our trip.
Very happy with Lucy. Perfect communication, we had messages every day. My dog seems to be over the moon, she definitely had lovely time. We use Lucy again with no doubt. Thank you.

Lucy was fantastic! She kept in contact, and also sent pictures and updates. Loui had a great time too. I am glad, as I was really worried about leaving my fur baby with someone else. I think he may have had a better time with Lucy though, as he was allowed to snuggle up on the bed haha ? thanks again Lucy! X

Schedule
I work full time but working from home is an option, so I can plan my schedule to make sure I’m home with any dogs so they’re not left on their own all day.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a medium sized garden with secure 6-foot fencing. I’m happy to crate the dog/s if you can provide their crate, but otherwise they will be free to roam the house.
A typical day
There are many fields to walk around near my house which are ideal for dogs, or I live very close to Bourne woods where I’m happy to take the dogs for a bit more of an exciting adventure
