To simply put it I LOVE dogs! I'm an Atlanta native. I've been surrounded by so many loving animals that I have cared for throughout my life. I am familiar with many breeds and love all shapes, sizes, and ages of dogs. All I ask from the owners is that we maintain healthy communication to ensure I can provide the best service for your special loved ones. So I was excited to work with Lorenzo after reading his reviews but unfortunately I had a terrible experience. This young man accepted a 5 day job a week in advance and cancelled the day of the job as I was boarding a flight. We had literally spoke via text 30 mins prior to that at 8 am and he confirmed that he understood my instructions and was planning to walk my dog. At 830, 30 mins before he was supposed to be at my home, he texted me that there was a plumbing issue in his bathroom. He initially requested a cancellation but then via text he agreed that he would be able to get to my home by noon. I texted him when we landed and tried calling and he didn't respond. He never texted me back to provide an update and he eventually just stopped responding to my requests for information. I had to find another sitter and ended up paying triple what I would have due to the last minute booking. I'm hoping that this was just a one off but I wanted to suggest that in the future he communicates more clearly what he can and can't do so that another pet owner is not terrified that their pet will be without care for 5 days.

He never showed up and left my poor dogs sitting in their kennels for over 9 hours!! I even texted several times over and over. Awful!!
