Lisa was wonderful. She sent me updates and pictures throughout Emerson’s stay! Prior to confirming booking she went out of her way to give me a phone call to get to know his routine and him as a pup so she could make sure she was was best suited for him which I appreciated. He will be 6 years old at the Enzo f this month and this is the first time he has been boarded/staying with someone outside of my family/ friends. This experience so far has been a good one which made it easier to enjoy the vacation knowing he was being loved and cared for.

She was gentle, understanding, and always kept me updated with photos and detailed messages about my dog’s demeanor and behaviors. My dog clearly loved her and felt safe.
