But Liping made me feel completely at ease from start to finish! What touched me most was that she sent tons of videos and photos every single day – and not just random shots. She captured those lively moments of my cats playing, eating, and napping, and even included pictures of the weather outside to reassure me. I was in a different time zone, but every morning I woke up to a detailed "daily report" from the night before – it honestly felt like I had never left. Communication was flawless. Before I left, she made time for a video call to go over feeding routines, medication locations, and emergency contacts. After each visit, she’d immediately update me on the cats' mood, how much they ate, and their litter box habits. When she had even a small question – like noticing a different bag design for the same kibble – she snapped a photo and double‑checked with me. So thoughtful! Her attention to detail was spot on: fresh water, food, and litter every day, plus she kindly brought in my packages. The sweetest part? Amazing experience with Liping! She took such wonderful care of our cats, Milo and Sunny, while we were away and gave us complete peace of mind. Every day, she sent us a huge number of photos and videos, and they were incredibly professional and beautifully captured. It truly felt like we were there with Milo and Sunny the whole time. We loved seeing their daily activities and could tell they were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Liping was reliable, thoughtful, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. After that, I spend time slowly getting to know her, letting her sniff and explore me to build trust. Once she feels relaxed, we play together with her favorite toys like feather wands or small balls. I also give her gentle pets and brushing to help her feel loved and calm throughout the day.
