I’ve worked at a veterinary clinic since 2020 as a veterinary assistant and boarding manager. I absolutely adore my job, and tend to bring it home with me on a fairly regular basis.

Fenced backyard, the dog room (shown in photos) has a toddler bed with blankets and pillows, full size accent chair, tv that plays Bluey on repeat, view of outside through the french doors, and a baby monitor that I can hear/talk through. Dogs are free range while I’m home, and enclosed in the dog room when I’m gone. Kennel free unless requested. Special needs friendly. Zero issues with any types of medication.

Information Lindsey S. would like to know about your pet
I just want to know the basics! Favorite toys, favorite treats, what your pet likes to do. Quirky personality traits. Anything that will help me learn your pet better so we can establish a friendship while you’re away.
A typical day
I’m up for anything - my personal dogs range in personality. I have a crazy chocolate lab that hasn’t grown out the puppy phase. I have a senior chihuahua mix that tries to keep up like a puppy but can’t quite swing it. They both love to make new friends. I also have a middle aged multi-poo that thinks she’s my own personal shadow, she doesn’t mind other animals at all but she thinks she’s much too good for them so she avoids. I have 2 cats, 1 is a chubby weirdo that isn’t bothered by anything and the other is a conspiracy theorist that assumes everything is after him. All I ask is that your dog is animal friendly.

Pet care experience
I’ve worked in multiple animal related fields since the age of 16 — I started out bathing dogs at a grooming facility, I’ve worked with multiple non-profit animal rescues, I’ve worked at animal control, and currently work at a small animal clinic.

This is my first time using Rover! Lindsey was great! Chloe absolutely loved being there. She took great care of her and sent updates/pics daily. She was very professional, friendly and caring. We are definitely big fans of! Thanks Lindsey for taking such great care of Chloe!

Lindsey and family were awesome. We got photos of Emee where she looked so calm and at home? And… Emee got a Christmas present from them! Isn’t that super sweet? Thanks Rover and Lindsey for the wonderful first Rover experience both for Emee and me??
My dog loves Lindsey. Its really awkward when you go to pick your dog up after being gone for 3 days and she does not want to leave, then whines the whole way home. Very happy with the way my girl is treated while I'm away.
My dogs feel right at home with I drop them off with Lindsey. They walk in like they have lived there their entire lives and jump up in their favorite spot on the couch. Sometimes I think they're sad when I come pick them up. She truly has a joy for animals.
