Summer Policy: With summer coming it is important to think of your pets safety! Generally, it's best to avoid walking dogs on pavement when temperatures exceed 85°F, or when the pavement feels too hot to hold your hand on for 5 seconds, as it can burn their paws. It also increases risk for heat stroke! On days where temperatures are above 85, all walks will be converted to drop ins.
Information Lesley V. would like to know about your pet
Because I value both your pet and I's safety above all else, any special care needs like medications, food/treat allergies, or quirks like leash pulling and jumping, are important to know ahead of scheduled appointments.
A typical day
I will give them the exercise they need to stay happy. I am experienced with keeping low energy, and very high energy breeds engaged in activities! A half hour walk is anywhere from 1 - 1.5 miles long depending, your dog sets the pace! I bring, disposable bags, treats, and lots of love for your pup on every walk. If you are located close to trails, I would be happy to take your dog for a hike there for an extra fee. My drop in visits consist of whatever your pet needs. Whether it's food, water, or a litter box change! Drop in visits and play time in your backyard are interchangeable. *** An additional fee of $20 will be added for all bookings outside of a 10 mile radius from South Attleboro, MA I serve clients in both MA and RI. ***

Pet care experience
Working with animals is my passion. I have a bachelors degree in Equine Business Management and Riding, and have been walking / training dogs 15+ years. I am Karen Pryor certified and taking courses with STSK9! Does your pup get a bit over excited during walks? Ask me about training walks for an additional fee. Your furbaby will have lots of fun, and be in the best care while learning! * Only accepting walk bookings for potential repeat and long term clients.
Reviews

Lesley is amazing! We contacted her on short notice when my fiance was suddenly returning back to work. We loved that she had the experience to provide training walks for our little guy who is still learning his leash manners. She was flexible with our schedules, and keeps in contact with updates/videos throughout. She has provided us great advice on how to be better dog parents while on our walks. In just a few visits our baby is already behaving so much better on his walks! Do yourself a favor and hire Lesley!

Lesley is amazing! She helped us out in a pinch when our doggy daycare closed suddenly and offered to have a last minute meet and greet. She even brought her Rollo for playtime which Mulligan absolutely loved. I felt so relieved knowing Mully was in her care.

Thank you Lesley for all your work taking our big baby that don’t like the rain ahaha 🤣 for walk .

Our family so Thankful to have Lesley taking Urso out for walk . I know Urso loves to go out with you , Thank you .
