I care for pets in clients’ homes in exactly the fashion they request. No dogs on the couch? No problem! Does your pet need their pj’s warmed in the dryer before being put to bed? Anything for their comfort! In addition to any instructions you leave for me, rest assured your pet will be cared for intently and with love.

A few important pieces of information I would love to know ahead of time are: 1. The basics - food, water, medication, leashes, favorite toy, activity level, and any daily routine info 2. How do they react to strangers? 3. How do they react to other animals? 4. Are they comfortable with petting, cuddles, hugs, and any other forms of affection? 5. Are they currently being trained for any reason? (i.e. potty training, tricks, not jumping on people or household items, etc) …if you have any special requests from me, please let me know :)
A typical day
Our activities will depend on what your pet is comfortable with, but ultimately I love taking pups to the dog park to play fetch, on walks around the neighborhood, on local hikes, and local dog beaches.

Hi 😊 I’m Lauren and I've been caring for animals since 1998. (Cats, dogs, horses, snakes, even a chameleon…🦎). I have a great appreciation in my heart for animals of all breeds and sizes. I enjoy giving dogs and cats a whole lot of love, taking them on walks (if that’s your preference), and I can throw a toy of choice pretty far. I’m super active, and enjoy having a furry friend accompany me on walks and daily leisure. I work remotely in health tech so my schedule tends to be flexible and I’ll make sure that your pet has all the attention and care they need! Thank you so much for your consideration.

Lauren did a fantastic job taking care of our dog while we were out of town. We appreciate the nice notes from each visit, the cute pictures, and that she even took the time to bring in any packages at the front door. We hope to use her again!
