Landry is a very kind and pleasant young lady, and I appreciated her willingness to care for our pets. Unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet our expectations. I learned that a guest had been brought into my home without my knowledge or permission, which made me uncomfortable. We also expected our pets to receive more time outdoors and exercise than they appeared to get during the stay. While I believe she cares about animals, I think there is room for improvement in communication, respecting clients' homes, and providing the level of care that was agreed upon.

I interviewed a couple people for drop-in services for my cat, Keesa and decided to book Landry because Keesa didn't hide from her! They were comfortable with each other, and as a cat mom, that's important because it means Keesa wouldn't be stressed. Landry was good with her. She texted me every time she came in and sent pictures. I recommend Landry, and would request again if needed.
