I typically work eight hours or less a day but I strive to be as available as I can for your pets! I’m very communicative about my availability on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis, so working around your pets’ needs is my ultimate goal.

I offer pet sitting at the client's home, dog walking, and drop-in visits. For good care, it is important that the pet has a fenced in area to do activities with the sitter. If not, I will gladly take the pet to the park in order for them to get in daily activity needs.

A typical day
There’s loads to do that will stimulate a dog physically and mentally. We will often take walks or play outside. Tug of war is a great way to get a dog rowdy and fuels a good play session. Activities that the dog has been known to like can be suggested by the owner.

Hi, I'm Kyra. I have around five years of experience taking care of my own pets and working with animals in my career, every day. I grew up around pets and love making a real connection with them. I'm a graduate of Vet Tech Institute of Fox College and constantly looking to put a smile on our furry friends’ faces. I can guarantee your pets will be well cared for and loved during my visit and beyond (love at first paw 🐾).

Kyra stayed with our dogs for an evening and gave experienced and wonderful care to them both. We have one who is anxious and needs time to acclimate, and he also required medicine - Kyra was patient and followed all our requests to ensure a safe and calm environment. Greatly appreciate her promptness and pictures, we definitely recommend!
Kyra stayed at our house for 2 weeks with our dog while we were away. It's always so hard to leave your pet for that long and she continually reassured me that he was in good hands. I was impressed with her great communication. She sent several messages a day with updates and photos which allowed us to enjoy our trip knowing our dog was being well cared for! When we returned home, our house had been well taken care of. I would highly recommend Kyra!
